At JerseyBird, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your kit; if your jersey doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Jersey

  Place the unworn jersey in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it passes our quality inspection.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new replacement jersey within 3-5 business days.
